Jiangmen Changhua Group has spent more than two decades building two-wheelers in one of China’s best-known motorcycle cities. When the company exhibited at the 140th Canton Fair this October, its dirt bike range drew particular attention from buyers across Africa, the Middle East and South America — markets where farm tracks, mountain paths and unfinished roads are part of everyday riding. This article walks through what is in the current lineup, how these machines are engineered for rough ground, and what OEM and SKD buyers can expect from the factory behind them.

A Stand That Stayed Busy at the 140th Canton Fair

The October fair in Guangzhou gave the company a chance to show its full breadth: fuel scooters, street models, electric trail bikes with mid-drive motors, and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) new-energy models. Visitors from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Europe stopped at the booth (Hall 15.1, D36-37 / E06-07) to discuss specifications, certifications and customization plans.

The pattern that followed will be familiar to anyone who has exhibited in Guangzhou: within days of the fair closing, several clients travelled on to the Jiangmen headquarters, walked the assembly lines and took test rides. The company saw the same sequence in May, when a business delegation from several African countries inspected the plant and discussed market expansion face to face.

The Current Lineup at a Glance

Three fuel models anchor the range today. Each one is positioned as an off road motorcycle for a different budget and terrain profile, and each can be adapted through the factory’s OEM and SKD programs. The key specifications are compared below.

Engineering Choices That Show Up on the Trail

Frames, Suspension and Ground Clearance

Both CH-050 and CH-044 carry 300 mm of ground clearance, a compact welded frame and long-travel suspension that soaks up rocks, ruts and washouts. The high-mounted exhaust on these models keeps the outlet clear of water and mud, which is why the factory is comfortable quoting strong wading performance for jungle tracks and river crossings. Ergonomic frame geometry keeps the riding position upright and relaxed, so control stays precise when the terrain turns technical.

Engines Built for Torque, Not Just Top Speed

The single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled engines are tuned for low-end and mid-range torque rather than headline horsepower. On the CH-050, a built-in balance shaft cuts vibration through the handlebars and footpegs, which matters on long rides over broken ground. Electric and kick starting are fitted as standard across the range, a practical detail in regions where batteries and cold mornings are part of life.

Tyres and Brakes Matched to Unfinished Roads

Deep-toothed tyres and large-diameter front wheels (21 inches on the CH-050 and CH-044) give the grip needed on loose soil, sand and gravel. Braking is matched to the duty: full disc setups on the CH-044, and proven disc-drum combinations on the other two models where cost and maintenance simplicity matter more to fleet operators.

Certification and Factory Discipline Behind Every Shipment

The group operates from a 45,000 m² factory site in Jiangmen with roughly 400 employees, and its quality system is backed by ISO 9001 certification alongside 3C, GCC and E-MARK approvals for the markets it serves. Production runs on multiple dedicated lines, and every model in this range is offered with OEM and ODM acceptance, which means the engineering team — not a trading office — answers specification questions before an order is confirmed.

OEM and SKD Programs for Distributors

Because regulations and road conditions differ sharply between markets, the company builds vehicles to order rather than shipping one global spec. Complete-vehicle OEM programs, SKD kits for local assembly, and customization of colours, tyres, gearing, racks and lighting are all handled in house. Current export markets cover Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America and Southeast Asia, so a distributor entering any of these regions is working with configurations the factory has already certified and shipped before.

Matching a Model to Your Market

For West African commuter-and-cargo duty, the CH-024 is the value pick: its 14-litre tank and enlarged rear rack handle passenger and goods loads on rough rural roads. For jungle trails, steep slopes and water crossings, the CH-050’s balance-shaft engine and 300 mm clearance make it the strongest all-rounder. Buyers comparing the wider category — including how these machines relate to other dirt motorcycles used for racing, training and farm patrol — will find a full breakdown on the company’s product guide page.

Whatever the destination market, the selection logic stays the same: match displacement to payload, ground clearance to terrain, and brake configuration to maintenance reality on the ground. The factory’s sales engineers run this exercise with every new distributor before a single crate is packed.

Where to See the Bikes Next

The 140th Canton Fair has closed, but the Jiangmen factory door stays open. Overseas buyers can arrange a visit through the company’s website to inspect the production lines and test the models in person — the same route many of this season’s new partners took after Guangzhou.
